Ty Burwash and Tate Jones capped off their season on Tuesday in the KHSAA state tournament! Both played well and proved that they belong. A great opportunity for them both and something we look to build on for next season. The day was also special as we got to spend it with Grady Jones who is battling a new health diagnosis. We are in your corner and thanks for the reminder that Golf is a small game within the big game of life!! 🩵

Campbellsville Baseball… it’s hard to put into words the heartbreak that I feel. Growing up I never really thought of this day, and this whole season I never really realized how close it was to being over. Seeing the last out of my high school career was one of the most gut wrenching things I have ever been through. The past 6 years has been the most fun I’ve ever had playing baseball. Knowing that you have your brothers by your side when it’s game time is the best feeling anyone could ever have.

High School baseball has taught me so much, how to push through when things get hard, how to pick somebody up when they are struggling, and how to give the game everything you have.

It sucks going into a game knowing what kind of potential that a team has but not coming out on top. I don’t know how to feel about what has happened but one thing I know is that I have brothers for life that will be there when I need them. Being with them everyday has changed me and made me a better person, player, and teammate. I will be forever grateful for them!

I don’t know what else to say other than, I wish I could have done more for this team but it is what it is and I can’t wait to see those guys shine next year. Love you boys, it’s been a heck of a ride!!!
