Oslo you beauty 🇳🇴

Nonnegotiables - leave with, a white flag, sore legs, plenty laughs, and full tummies.

All of the above - Achieved ✅

These lads are class, can’t wait for the next one! But first, let’s get faster 💨

Hyrox Relay Oslo 🇳🇴

Not the time we wanted but white flags were secured 🥇

3rd Race - 3rd podium and a lot learned from this race

You learn more from missing goals than achieving them, over the moon to have won and be on top of the podium 🏆

But we’re leaving hungry for more, back to drawing board, hard training ahead

WATCH WHAT WE DO NEXT 👊🏻
