Change of Direction + Upper Body Strength 🏀⚡️ Today’s group session was all about learning to stop, plant, redirect, and re-accelerate with control. Change of direction isn’t just about being fast—it’s about coordinating the entire body to efficiently produce and absorb force. We carried that same focus into our upper-body lift, building strength while connecting the lower body, core, and upper body as one unit. Basketball is a full-body game, so we train it that way. Move better. Get stronger. Transfer it to the court. 💪🏀 #BasketballPerformance #ChangeOfDirection #StrengthTraining #AthleteDevelopment #BasketballTraining

Playing up and producing immediately. Tyrez Neal has stepped into competition with both our 2028 and 2029 Team Accelerate teams and continues to make his presence felt every time he touches the floor. His confidence, pace, and feel for the game allow him to impact winning against older competition without forcing the action. What stands out most is his composure and versatility. Tyrez competes with toughness, makes the right reads, and consistently creates positive possessions on both ends of the floor. Whether it’s scoring, facilitating, defending, or making hustle plays, he finds ways to contribute at a high level. The ability to play up multiple age groups and provide instant impact says a lot about his maturity and long-term upside. Bright future ahead for this young guard. #TeamAccelerate #BasketballDevelopment #GrassrootsBasketball #FutureIsBright #NextUp
