To cook Indonesian food seems very difficult (if you search on google the recipe is very long to read😅 ), but if you know the secret it is very easy, trust me ! Here I am sharing my secret!🤫

In Indonesian cuisine there are variations of bumbu spice mixture, divided according to each recipes and each regional cuisine traditions.
Bumbu is the Indonesian word for a blend of spices and it commonly appears in the names of spice mixtures, sauces and seasoning pastes. Indonesian dictionary describes bumbu as "various types of herbs and plants that has pleasant aroma and flavour.
There are three basic bumbu recognized in Indonesian cuisine divided according to its colors.
White Ingredients:
100 g Shallots+30g Cloves garlic+1/2tsp White peppercorn + 4 Kemiri Nuts +Ginger
Yellow :
White Ingredients + Turmeric (a size of your little finger)
🧑🏻‍🍳👉🏽:
Watch the reels for tutorial and follow for more easy recipe.
Red:
White Ingredients + Chillies (as much as you like)

Tips and Tricks:
👉🏽 This recipe is enough for 200 ml of bumbu or seasoning.
👉🏽 I use about 100 ml vegetables oil to cook for each bumbu.
👉🏽 Removed the chili seeds to get a nice red colors and less spicy.
👉🏽 Substituted kemiri nuts with Pine nuts.
👉🏽 Cook the bumbu with low until medium heat for about 20 -30 minutes.
👉🏽 Broiled (using a torch or oven) the turmeric until the skin turn black and peeled the skin before use to create a nice bright yellow color.
