POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Good Friday morning to ya all! Hope everyone has had a great week and doing well! One of my favorite things is seeing the clouds off in the distance of the horizon. I have been getting asked where I find the music I add to these quick videos. Honestly I stumble up on em on this app. This is Wesley Hill from his album "Shoebox Utopia". Really dig his southern roots soul mixed with a little blues n jazz. Think he may call it Alabama Swamp Music! Go check him out. Really well put together album! Hope everyone has a great day!

This is why I love wandering around with a camera.

I met Hillary Charlot downtown a couple weeks ago. Before he let me take a photo, he gave me one requirement: “You have to wish my mama in New Orleans a happy 98th birthday.”

Fair enough.

Happy 98th Birthday, Ms. Charlot. 🎉

It’s funny how you head out looking for photographs and end up collecting little pieces of people’s stories instead.

Also, do yourself a favor and check out “Died to Myself” by Alabama musician Wesley Hill. I’ve had it on repeat lately.
