Some of you may be wondering what a Doula is? A doula is a birth professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to birthing people and their families before, during, and after childbirth. LUCKILY! I’m a full spectrum doula, Specializing in Prenatal, Labor, Postpartum, and Newborn care.

Did you know having a doula throughout your pregnancy reduces the rates of unplanned c-sections, decreases the length of labor, improves maternal satisfaction, increases rates of successful breastfeeding mothers, and reduces rates of postpartum mood disorders. These are only a few of the benefits of having a doula by your side.

Click the link in my bio to set up a 15 minute information session. 🫶🏽

☁️This was all once a dream that we now get to live everyday ✨

This holiday we’re reflecting on how grateful we are for the spaces we get to host for others and the love that flows so vibrantly each time — 🤎

As much joy it brings to our hearts to host safe spaces for our clients to be themselves and share their love, you all have no idea how much MORE these moments fill our hearts.

The fact that we get to capture these moments for a lifetime has to be top 5 feelings in the world. Extremely grateful for each and everyone of you!

& as always, a million thank yous for trusting us and our vision.

Stay safe and cozy!

With so much love,
The Oasis Team 🌿
