Thank you to everyone who has been a part of CCCK over the years!! I’m sad to see this chapter come to an end, but more than anything, I’m incredibly grateful for all of the kids and for every one of you who has supported us along the way.

I’d love to ask for your help one more time with our final backpack and school supplies drive for George Crockett Academy. There’s an Amazon link in my bio, or I’m more than happy to come pick up any donated supplies.

All supplies are needed by Monday, August 31st. Thank you for helping us make this last one a good one! ❤️

Finally tried this challenge of pushups and 135lns bench ascending ladder 1,2,3,4 each etc…,
Bench and pushups since I was a kid until now 64 were always my strong suit . Thought for sure set 8 would be where I got for sure 7. Still happy I got through 6 rds plus a sloppy 2 pushups on round 7 It’s no joke ! @taylormidself @therealsevanpodcast how about it be a KT workout? Sabir or Will you should crush this one?

C R O S S F I T G A M E S F A M I L Y

For the grueling hours and back breaking work over 10 days to put on an amazing 4 day competition… it’s the people that keep bringing me back. My once a year CrossFit Signage Family.

2 travel days
10 working days
14-16 hour working days
Over 700 pieces of rubber laid for the comp floor
4 days of competition
32 individual and team events worth of name banner changes
And miles of stickers, decals and gaff tape used

CrossFit Games 2026 is now complete. ✅

20th Anniversary of the CrossFit Games marks 9 years for me:

Staff Services Volunteer: 2012-2013
Gear Volunteer: 2014-15, 2017
Signage Staff: 2018, 2023, 2024, 2026

WE WENT TO THE @crossfitgames!

What an experience. We want to congratulate @emma_harvang on competing at her first CrossFit Games. We got to tour the @crossfit Ranch, workout on the floor of the @crossfitgames, and eat as many burritos as possible!

Our cups are filled and want to continue to make our @crossfitaffiliates a place to find their people and make their health a priority.

SWIPE TO END TO SEE @emma_harvang after her last event!
