woah, i leave for atlanta in 12 hours.

here’s a (partial) recap of a few highlights during my 2 weeks back in vegas —

first things first, i'm so grateful to have reconnected with 35 people in-person & created 3 new connections!! 🫂

& out of these 38 connections, 13 allowed me to hold space for them through either a @lotsofloveclub cacao ceremony or a co-facilitated reiki & sound bath with @joannejtran ☕️✨

i received such beautiful videos & photos of my cacao ceremony thanks to @enriquemphoto & @iammiguelcortes 😭🙏

i recorded 7 episodes of @consciousawakeningpod with ashlynd, @tracynova, @reion.studios, @kundelainey, @weirddough, @one.emprima & @theaquariustherapist 🎥🎙

i got to experience & document one of my favorite local restaurants @neighborscafelv again!! 🍽🌱

i unexpectedly had fun co-creating my first sound healing beat with @weirddough 🎶

i somehow ended up downtown until 3am on a saturday night & got inspired watching @djpdot doing his thanggg at @weallscreamdtlv 💃

aaand not pictured, i sent out 2 sunday newsletters about ‘fast-tracking your manifestations’ and ‘breaking free from toxic patterns’ 💌

this trip was incredibly eye-opening to help me realize that i’ve come a long way on my people-pleasing healing journey, yet there are still old patterns within myself that are embedded into my body for me to face.

documenting my time spent & the people i connected with throughout these past 2 weeks makes me excited to reflect on how i can grow & heal moving forward!!

thank you to everyone who was a part of this season of my life. i’m so grateful for each and every one of you. until next time, vegas! 🫶

Available now. LINK IN BIO. Just dropped in 3 colorways and nah y’all ain’t gotta spend nowhere near $850 for a pair.

You get the same setup (upper + midsole) as the Gucci x adidas Gazelle minus the price tag and branding. Extra laces too. These won’t be in stock long fyi.

I went with the blue and got another colorway otw but which color is the hardest to y’all? 👀

P.S. - Use code SNEAKERS for 30% off 🔥

the sun on my face. my bare feet connecting with the ground. feeling grateful for simple things like eating an apple. being blessed by lizard energy. facing fears. moving forward with dreams. taking responsibility for my own actions instead of blaming the external world. remembering that i am worthy of my dreams & empowering you to remember that you are too. balancing divine feminine & divine masculine. connecting. creating. unlearning cycles of suffering. stepping into my heart instead of feeding my ego. mother nature, i thank you for showing me these lessons & beauty in life as long as i choose to see it. one step at a time. and so it is. ☀️👣🦎
