Relationships get results 🔒❤️⬇️

What we do is different…

What’s a QB?

A leader.

Mentally, Spiritually, Emotionally strong.

How do you develop that?

Curriculum, intensity, repetition, & deep love.

I’ve been doing this a long time and essentially have created everything that as a young cat I needed.

We have a COMMUNITY.

Guys chasing their best and that want to be pushed to find out if what they want they are willing to work for.

On that path we form deep relationships.

Do a lot of personal work together.

3 full months.

And that’s how we get these types of things being said about us. If you consider yourself a chaser and are looking to become what you tell other people you say you want to be.

Reach out 🔒❤️

Deceleration tests you static…

Static throwing is when we are throwing from a stopped position and have balance.

Most can do this well.

When you incorporate deceleration in your training you’re going to learn a lot about your stroke.

It’s getting from movement back to static.

When you do that you’ll have great tools to learn about how that stroke when it’s static changes when you put your body under different stress.

Most these guys all spin it great when they are static.

You incorporate a sprint before.

And things start changing.

That change gives us information about our stroke to grow from. Challenge yourself. Train these skills. That’s where the money is.

If you want the challenge from me.

Comment “Get me right” 🔒🥷🔥
