Marriage: So beautiful, yet so chaotic. So rewarding, yet so exhausting. 😂❤️

We’ve tried doing marriage the way the world tells us to, allowing society, social media, and unrealistic expectations to shape our view of love.

But marriage was never meant to be built on temporary feelings. It’s built on love, commitment, grace, forgiveness, patience, and faith.

Every day is an opportunity to grow, forgive, love harder, and choose each other again. Believe me our marriage is not perfect and it was literally barely making it. But we chose each other we chose JESUS. We are still not out of the darkness everyday is a decision, everyday is a choice we make.

So love your spouse. Remember why you chose them, and cherish the person you once prayed for.

Above all, CHASE JESUS.

When we seek God wholeheartedly, our hearts soften, our perspective changes, and we learn that forgiveness is strength and love is a choice.

Your marriage can flourish when God is at the center. Your children will have a view on how a wife and husband should truly be. Your peace will be one you never could have imagined. And even if your path goes a way you didn’t plan. You will be at peace with the decisions that have played out.

Our faith isn’t in a perfect marriage or a perfect spouse.

Our faith is in a perfect God.

Through every season, one truth remains:

GOD DOES NOT FAIL. ❤️
