Shooting at the Ldf steel match

I won’t front, I had a really bad run on one of the stages today. And yesterday I did something real stupid on accident, because of negligence. (I am super embarrassed by it.) Lessons learned.

But, to be fair to myself, I’ll also take time to acknowledge my wins today. I finally got a couple hit factor scores over 4.0 😭 and I didn’t do anything unsafe (always a win).

This is a reminder that your practice off the field will be evident on the field. You cannot fake it, because when it comes time to show up when it counts, your execution will say it all. It’s go time 😤

2nd USPSA match in the books and my first time at the Pala Shooting Range!! I focused more on target accuracy over my speed this time. I can’t wait until I don’t have to think so hard about what I’m doing.

Fun cardio day ☺️ what I loved more than the cardio was the intentions set before we started dancing. Thanks for having us all affirm ourselves prior to movement, @zarianikole. I so needed that today! “I can do hard things.” 💖
