One thing about the gym: Keep your eyes on your own paper. It’s You against You.

I’ve trained consistently with my trainer for four years. I eat well. I do my cardio. I lift. I’ve built muscle, discipline and habits that I don’t have to recreate every time summer, a birthday or a vacation comes around. What you’re seeing now is the benefit of years of consistency.

So no, every workout does not have to look like I’m fighting for my life.

Some seasons I’m building. Some seasons I’m cutting. Some days I train hard. Some days I’m maintaining what I already built.

And that’s why watching somebody else in the gym will have you confused. You don’t know what season they’re in, what work they’ve already done, or what they’re doing outside of the hour you happen to see them.

I couldn’t tell you who works hard in my gym and who doesn’t because I’m too busy worrying about my own body.

In conclusion: Mind your own workout.

Try this on your next leg day if you daaare 💪🏽🥲

Warm-up — 2 rounds

Banded lateral walks × 20 each way
Walking lunges × 20
Bodyweight squats × 20
Sled push down + back

1. HEAVY SQUAT — 4 sets

Barbell back squat × 10 / 8 / 6 / 6
After EACH set: 10 squat jumps

2. LEG PRESS DEATH SET — 4 rounds

12 reps heavy
Immediately drop weight → 15 reps
Immediately → 20-second hold near the bottom
🔥 Last round: partner keeps stripping plates until you can’t get another clean rep.

3. BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS — 3 rounds

DB Bulgarians × 10 each leg
Both dumbbells —> 10 on one side
Drop 1 DB → 10 reps same leg
Drop other DB—> body weight then move to other side

4. XFACTOR WALKING LUNGE GAUNTLET — 3 rounds

Heavy DB walking lunges × 20 steps
Sled push × 1 length
Sled pull backward × 1 length
60 sec rest
