On Easter Monday I organised a Vintage and Historical meet-up at @lvr_freilichtmuseumkommern for our group @kuckucksvoegel 🪺
We had so much luck with the weather and spent the day roaming the historical fun fair and exploring the vast area of the open air museum enjoying all the delicious treats that everybody brought to share.
Keeping such a large group was nearly impossible but I'm happy so many came to spend the day together and got to know each other. We took several breaks so those who wandered off could join back in and we even did some singing from the vintage Wandervögel Songbook that I brought.

Since I've been visiting the Jahrmarkt Anno Dazumal for years now, we already have some favourite spots like the garden behind the Mannesmann Mansion and taking a photo at the photo spot with the air plane is obligatory (though this time we were so many that you cannot really see the plane anymore 😅

Thank you to everyone who joined us!
There will be moving pictures of the event soon and if you want to visit us next time, make sure to keep an eye on @kuckucksvoegel 🐦🪺

Thank you for capturing spirit, as always I almost forgot to take any pictures 🫣 (I'm really not a good content creator especially when I'm busy organising 😅).

Leave a 🦤 if you like! 🤭 Some rare birds ventured out for a picnic and stroll at the @lvr_freilichtmuseumkommern last weekend! 🏛️ Time spent joyously at what feels like their natural habitat 🎥 Frolicking and showcasing their spring attire from various vintage styles the group bonds over their shared interest in the history of fashion from the 1890s to the 1950s ⏳ This time @kuckucksvoegel were joined by:
