One of the best things about working around other trainers? Being constantly surrounded by people who inspire you to push a little harder - especially when you might not feel like it.

Environment matters. Your people matter. And sometimes… you just need somebody to jump into an impromptu leg day with you 😮‍💨🔥

@submersionfestival this is really just one those special fam fests where connections deepen and healing occurs.

@janellarchy and I planted seeds from our wedding in the woods and really hoping we can find those wildflowers next year. That was a really special moment with our fam who could celebrate our love since meeting after our wedding.

@yhetimusic that sunrise set was one of the weirdest things I've ever experienced and it'll live rent free in my mind forever. Loved every second.
