When fire element is in balance within us, it brings us clarity, passion, the good drive to get things done. As nature around us reaches its peak and the heat around us increases, Ayurveda teaches us that opposites will bring balance.

Still not over Saturday… ✨🌷

That Spring Equinox afternoon at @somayogawandsworth was really something.

The kind of space where nothing is forced, nothing is rushed… you just arrive as you are and let things shift quietly in the background.

And the energy in the room. So soft, so open, so natural. Thank you to everyone that made it happen.
