RAVING IS YOGA 🙏

Psytrance parties are much more than a party. The dancefloor is a sacred place where collective healing happens.

Dancing is a dynamic meditation method where you can experience a flow state. Your mind stops wandering, you are fully involved in the present moment, bringing you closer to consciousness. There is no past, no future, we dissolve "avidya", the ignorance, the belief that temporary is permanent.

We all connect as one tribe, ones with frequencies, moving on the same tribal rythm. We unite in unconditional love, as ravers take care of each other's, artists and dancers are bonded by the same love of the music and there are no strangers anymore.

On the dancefloor people can be truely themselves without fear of judgement and express their higher self.

With repetitive intense movements for hours, you go beyond limitations of body and mind, you shake off blocked emotions, you heal traumas stored in body and finally you connect to the divine inside you, reminding yourself that you are not the body, not even the mind.

That's why dancing is actually part of many religious ceremonies and used in yoga centers !

I love you psytrance family ! ❤️

"Yoga is not an ancien myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow."
