Möva Lab with Yulama Saturday!

What happens when we stop trying to control movement - and allow ourselves to be moved?

Möva Lab is an exploration of the body through somatic movement, improvisation, soft acrobatics, and connection.

We’ll begin within, listening to the subtle intelligence of the body, before expanding outward into our relationship with space, gravity, the Earth, and one another.

Through movement, we’ll explore the dance between will and surrender - discovering how force can be redirected, recycled, and transformed into flow.

Expect subtle strength, soft acrobatic play, improvisation, and space to discover your own unique movement language.

A practice of listening. Surrendering. Connecting. Moving.

Join Yulama for Möva Lab at Awake.

Free by nature, not by trend

There’s a version of you that only shows up when no one’s watching. The one who’d split a coconut with a machete in the middle of the jungle just because she felt like it. That’s not a persona. That’s just you, unedited.

Happy Solar Eclipse, Awake Fam! 🌞 🌚

Okayyy, let’s rewind the week because we’ve got a few good ones to share…

A little movement, a little family time, some new things brewing, lots of dancing, and of course, plenty of community magic.

1. Möva — Subtle Strength
Exploring our acrobatic potential by surrendering to gravity, letting the Earth move us, and discovering what becomes possible from there.

2. Family Day
Tuesdays are for the little ones! Dayna brings the crew together every Tuesday from 9am–1pm for a morning of play, connection, and fun. All kids welcome!

4. Smoothie Bar Alert!
Cora Café is now serving up fresh coconut water, cold-pressed juices, cacao, matcha, smoothies & smoothie bowls, Monday–Friday from 8–11am. Come say hi (and come hungry).

5. Ecstatic Dance Church
Another Sunday, another beautiful journey. This time with Bunny Wabbit taking us through some seriously good beats.

8. Girl Power
little love and appreciation for some of the amazing women making things happen around Awake. We love our community!

9. Contact Improv
Every Sunday, 9:30–10:30am with Forrest. A playful way to wake up, connect, and drop into the body before Ecstatic Dance.

And just like that… another week at Awake.

Thanks for showing up, playing, moving, nourishing, and making this place feel like home.

See you next week, friends!

He said “ I want to show in the photo how wearing this clothes actually makes me feel”

The real medicine is to look inward, to read the body’s language to have a present full of wisdom, the wisdom of our soul and body.

We are so happy with Livien and how is taking us to new places, it is a true portal. ♥️✨ Thank you all for the support 🪞
