Laguna does culture right.

Love the new Surfing Heritage And Culture Center (SHACC) and our Laguna Beach Surf Club.

Our cause is one of the kindest and raddest humans, who is also battling cancer, @elijahviszolay 🙏🏽❤️‍🩹✨

Saw a bunch of friends across all ages, learned some things, had a blast and I’m quite certain Dick Metz said we should start using the SHACC as the LBSC club house… It was a good night. 🤙🏽⚡️

Missed you at the event, Eli! Get well soon.

The Wedge community is like no other. 🌊 It’s more than just a wave—it’s the people who show up, put themselves on the line, push each other, and keep coming back year after year. Surfers, bodyboarders, bodysurfers, photographers, lifeguards, and everyone watching from the beach all play a part in what makes this place so special to me. The wave is incredible, but the people and the community surrounding it are what truly make The Wedge what it is. 🤙

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of all the incredible memories and good times over the years. I’m grateful I’ve been able to capture so many of them, and I can’t wait to see what the next swell—and the years ahead—bring. Here’s to a lot more waves, laughs, chaos, and unforgettable days at The Wedge. 🌊

Watching the massive waves roll in way out the back and seeing the tops of the second and third waves on the outside peak above the massive wave that’s breaking is pretty special. There are a couple songs that are absolutely a perfect pairing for these big sets that roll into the wave arena and this is one of them. The first time I used it was on a slow motion video of Cory riding a massive wave brilliantly, this time it’s just about a he wave with a couple surfers at the end just to give the supporting cast some credit as well. I Crank up and he sound and enjoy.
