The night before I DO! 🥹💍🤍👰🏽‍♀️🤵🏽‍♂️

When @a.a.rhodes and I first started planning our wedding we had 1 rule! Let’s set the tone by making wedding weekend fun and filled with love! We didn’t want to get worked up over the small details that wouldn’t matter afterwards. We told each other if something doesn’t go as planned let’s keep it moving.

If it wasn’t getting in the way of what God was doing or interfering with us becoming ONE we couldn’t waste time on it.

I’m so thankful we made that rule in the beginning because it allowed us to be in the moment and enjoy our wedding weekend!

And the night before I DO felt like a family reunion! All of our family came into town from near and far to love on us. 🥹🤍

We were so excited to see everyone!!!

Rehearsal was tons of fun and full of shenanigans!!!

Rehearsal dinner we went around the room and acknowledged our family and our entire wedding party! *We them all so much*

Anyways, here’s what College Football would be like if WWE commentators replaced CFB commentators for a weekend!

This is an example of how we train and separate from others.

Most are just running drills… randomly lifting, and copying the trend: no real environment, no real tracking, no real competition.

I build a culture and systems where athletes compete every session. Against each other. Against the clock. Against their own data.
We play games. We track sprint times. We log GPS metrics. We compete and they get better because of it. It’s a grind to put in the effort to provide the environment but it’s the only way to go.

That’s the difference. It’s not just training it’s a system built to elevate. #trustheprocess💯
