POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Summer may be winding down, but our commitment to caring for ourselves doesn’t have to. 🌿💛

Back in July, we gathered for Jahajee’s Wellness Day—a day rooted in connection, healing, movement, and care. For survivors, prioritizing our health and well-being can be an important part of healing and reclaiming our bodies.

As we enter September, let’s stay committed to ourselves and to each other. Reset, recharge, and keep showing up for your health. ✨

Swipe through for heart health reminders and our Hot Girl Walk commitment. Whether it’s 3,000 or 8,000 steps, every step counts. 🚶🏾‍♀️

Wellness is not a one-day thing. It’s a practice—and we’re in it together. 💛
