Appreciation Post for my Queens! 👑🩷

Huge congratulations to my mommy and sisters for showing out and being crowned as part of the new Royal Court for the US United Pageant system!

I’m beyond proud. Watching the growth and confidence bloom in each of you has been nothing short of beautiful.

To my mommy—my forever queen—I love you endlessly. Being your biggest cheerleader is one of my favorite roles, and I’d lose my voice for you a thousand times over. Congratulations, my love!

To my sister Tahmyra, you are so her 🩷 Watching you step into the light that’s always been yours is everything. You’re glowing—brighter, lighter—and your smile radiates that transformation.

To my sister by choice, Anne—you did it. You said yes to a new journey and chose growth over fear. Being crowned with the highest-earning title wasn’t just a win—it was confirmation. Let every ounce of fear remind you that you’re walking into something worth conquering.

Ultimately, I’m just proud to be part of the team. Thank you for allowing me to pour back into the ones who pour into me every day. I love y’all deeply

Looking back, I never would’ve imagined that seven years later I’d be a hairstylist. As a kid I had to learn how to do my own hair because no one else would—and that skill took me further than I could’ve ever expected. I still remember being 14, searching on YouTube how to do “rubber band plaits,” and from that moment on, everything changed.

Even with the breaks, the inconsistency, the years away, and the times I was just helping my friends or sister, I kept going. I’ve now been braiding consistently for four years, and throughout that time, I’ve learned so much. This industry teaches you a lot—about people, about patience, and about perseverance. There are long days, short days, tough days, and days when there’s no work at all. But no matter what, I’ve always gotten up and pushed through.

I had the absolute Honor of crowning my beautiful sister last night!

Pageantry has been a huge part of my life—it’s shaped me, strengthened me, and given me a platform to shine. Through it all, my sister has been my biggest supporter, always cheering me on from the sidelines… but never stepping onto the stage herself.

This year, she took a leap of faith and dipped her toes into my world—and WOW, has she blossomed! Watching her step into her own confidence and grace was nothing short of magical. I always knew she had this in her, I’ve had literal dreams about this moment!

A huge congratulations to my sister and her sweet friend (who she convinced to join her on this journey!) on being crowned! The two of them reminded me of the true heart of pageantry—sisterhood, courage, and growth. Last night was a full-circle moment, and I couldn’t be prouder! 👑💫.
