“Never Is Forever”, the first single from the forthcoming Lost Animal LP “Give Some Get Some”, is out today. Jarrod and I began the process three years ago. Without any pressure from the outside world, we let it come together at a natural pace. The result is something we’re both extremely chuffed with. Huge thanks to @a.cupp for his heavenly mix, and @antifaderecords for transporting it to your auditory systems. The album is out October 23rd, the single is streaming now. 📸 @arekenny

“We were most excited about what we were doing when we were incredibly confused,” said Aaron Cupples of his experience producing Kirin J Callinan’s Bravado album.

Aaron helps push the boats out, one of the most fantastically adrift being “Big Enough” (as heard here).

He’s worked too with The Drones, Tropical Fuck Storm, Dan Kelly, composes for film and is now an esteemed guest on Corks - “Producing w Aaron Cupples” available now to enjoy everywhere!

"Also crucial is the film’s meticulously arranged sound design and the evocative score by Aaron Cupples. Creating rasping sounds from wind instruments, Cupples’ music has the feel of rising directly from the plains that have sustained Mongolian herders for countless generations but are now being devoured and destroyed by the forces of modern nature,” says @variety about the unique sound design and score for #TheWolvesAlwaysComeAtNight by @a.cupp! This song was written on January 26th, 2025.

For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, January 26 is a day of mourning, marking the start of the invasion and colonisation of this country, the mass genocide of First Nations peoples, and the dispossession of cultural practices, language and Country. We acknowledge and support the different names that First Nations’ people have for January 26, including Invasion Day, Survival Day and Day of Mourning.

Bad//Dreems have been incredibly fortunate to meet and learn from Aborginal people all over Australia through our music.

We stand in solidarity with First Nations people in their ongoing struggle for truth telling and justice.

We are incredibly honored to share that The Wolves Always Come at Night and director Gabrielle Brady have won the Grand Prix at @alpinfilmfestival in Brasov, Romania.
In awarding the prize the Jury said:
“For the intense but discreet look into the life of nomads and their daily struggles in face of the inexorable changes of a world they once knew so well. For the touching relationship with the animal world, intertwined to the family as in one single soul. A grand photography accompanies the story co-written by the protagonists Daava and Zaya.” Thank you so much to the Jury. ⭐️
