Your greatest competition isn’t your competition; it’s the relationship you have with yourself when faced with the need for action.

@mb_beachtownthrowdown DAY TWO
All I have to say is HEAT SIX came to play! We had the most incredible RX female division. We all chose to walk onto the floor and publicly pray together before starting our last event. It was a beautiful moment of faith, support, and new friendships! What a way to end 🤍🤍

This is the 1️⃣ picture I got from the entire weekend at @fittestofthecoast

Something was different this weekend. I had a level of peace & confidence I’ve never experienced as a coach. I knew the APEX athletes were prepared.
•
The entire 3 days of competing was dedicated to serving, supporting, encouraging and giving all I had to them. That is why I love coaching so much. You have the oportunity to help grow someone to become the best version of themselves.
•
Every athlete that competed this weekend blew me away, and not just from their athletic ability. The way they stayed composed on the floor, making it a point to shake their judges hand and thank them at every heat, cheering on others when they finish before them and making it a point to cheer on other Apex athletes throughout the weekend.
•
At @apexperformancecollective we’ve always wanted to create great athletes, however at the core of what we do is to help create good humans. And after this weekend, we are 💯 on the right path.

Excited to announce the addition of @a.j.movement to Team Apex Performance Collective. AJ comes to us as a collegiate gymnast out of Libery University with an extensive gymnastics background and looking to go all in on CrossFit. Excited to see how far she can go in the sport!
