there’s something bittersweet about the end of summer—the knowing that soon the grass won’t be quite so green, the evenings won’t be quite so warm, and we’ll have to say goodbye to another little chapter.

Ashton & Ezequiel are two of those people I feel incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with. I’ve had the privilege of knowing them & photographing their love over the last few years, and they are every bit as kind & gracious as they are beautiful together. There’s something really special about being welcomed back into someone’s life again and again, getting to watch their story unfold a little more each time. I’ll always say yes to these two, even if it means sharing the field with mosquitoes that could probably carry me away😂

some people you photograph once. Some people become part of the story you’ve been lucky enough to document. 🤍 🌾

It’s electric. It’s contagious. It’s innovative. It’s collaborative, driven, called — the list goes on. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever been a part of.

And the best part is — Chapter 2 starts now. ✨

3 reminders for your fitness journey this week:

1️⃣ Progress Over Perfection: Fitness is a journey, not a race. Every small step forward is worth celebrating, even if it feels slow. Let go of the need to be perfect and focus on showing up consistently. Also, there will never be a perfect time to start…do it messy, take the modifications if you need to, but drop the excuses (we all have them 🤪)!

2️⃣ Rest Is Part of the Process: Don’t be afraid to take a break when your body needs it. Rest and recovery are just as important as workouts for building strength and staying healthy. Listen to your body—it knows what you need.

3️⃣ You’re Stronger Than You Think: On the hard days, remember why you started. You are capable of more than you realize, and every time you push through, you’re proving it to yourself. Keep going—your future self will thank you! You might just be so close to your next breakthrough!

Share this with a friend that is struggling to get started or stay consistent. ✨

I will be sending an email out soon about my December accountability group and what our next exercise program will be! If you’re not on my email list comment the words “email list” to make sure that you get my next email, and stay in the loop about what is coming next! 💕

And that’s on the power of social selling 🥰🤌🏼✨🛁🫧

Imagine helping one friend start using clean beauty products and end up providing healthy options for 4 generations of women 🥹💞

I always say my business is like girl code - sharing about products that you use and love with your friends and family and helping them find solutions to something they are struggling with 🙏🏼

As women we love to help people solve problems, and we love introducing our friends and family to something that will improve their life! It feels so easy and natural for us to recommend something we love to our people so they can experience it too 🙌🏼

This biz is truly the best and I’ll never stop sharing how powerful it is 🥰❤️‍🔥

Changing lives one woman (and multiple generations 🥹) at a time 💞🤝🏼🫧
