Two years on, my Seoul dream has come to an end. When I first arrived, I never imagined that Seoul and I would become such a match. My first year was a struggle: I had few friends, and no real sense of direction. But slowly, I learned to reach out. I met all of you. I worked hard to say yes to life—and I did. That is why it hurts to see it all disappear so suddenly, almost like a beautiful dream dissolving at dawn. I had imagined saying goodbye to everyone in countless ways. In the end, I think the way I chose was very Walter. To every friend who came, and every friend who couldn’t: thank you. I don’t know when our paths will cross again, but I believe that what stays in our hearts will one day find its echo. I’ll miss this place. I’ll miss every wild, happy, unforgettable moment we shared here.
