Happy 29th Birthday to my angel Aimee @a.skitz
You are one of my greatest loves. I started typing this caption and realised that if I really get started, I’ll never stop typing. Going through the heart ache of losing one of our closest friends is a pain I would never want anyone to experience but going through that with you created a bond I will cherish forever. If Krystal was here today, She would be so fucking proud of you and super fucking jealous that we live together. I love you and your ability to laugh off anything, your ability to sleep through one million alarms, your ability to wake up grumpy EVERY DAY, your ability to make anyone laugh until they cry, your ability to say the hardest truths with so much love, compassion and warmth. Thank you for existing every day but especially today. Happy Birthday, let’s go back to the streets 👼😇🖤

📣 Attention all walkers, runners, dreamers with feeds full of running tips because they have a vision of one day being a runner (surely we're not the only ones 😂) and Brisbane humans! Are you seeking a run club that's more about forging friendships and showing up for yourself rather than setting records?

We wanted to create a run club that's free from intimidation, welcoming to all levels of experience and connects new faces to forge friendships. And so Chat JOG was born! 🤝

We hear you 'ahhh I'm not a runner 🙅‍♀️'
Guess what? If you can run, even for a couple of seconds you ARE a runner! 💪

And here's a secret.. You're allowed to stop, you're allowed to walk and you're allowed to do all of this and still call yourself a runner! 🤯

Most of us do just as much walking as we do running. And you know what? That's totally okay! Sometimes we even walk the entire loop. Because for us, it's more about showing up for yourself, no matter the pace.

Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just getting started on your fitness journey, there's a spot for you with us. We're on the lookout for new Chat JOGGERS in Brisbane who are eager to meet like-minded individuals, find motivation in the camaraderie, and enjoy moving their bodies together.

Want to know more? Send us a DM! 🩵🩷

3 Things I Did to Become More Confident.

They say confidence isn’t something you just have. It’s built.

For me, it's been built through action, through community, and through the little eyes watching me.

So here's what I did in the beginning and continue to do every single day to keep building more and more confidence.

1️⃣ JUST DO IT. I was terrified. I doubted myself. I felt like an imposter more times than I can count. But I did it anyway. And that’s the difference—confidence isn’t about feeling ready, it’s about taking action despite the fear.

2️⃣ Surrounded Myself with Empowered Women. They say you become who you surround yourself with… and I chose to be around women who lift each other up, chase big goals, and never settle. The right circle will change your life.

3️⃣ My Daughters Deserve to See It. I have two little girls who look up to me, and I want them to know they can be, do, and have anything they desire. The best way to teach them that? Live it myself.

Confidence is built in the moments when you refuse to let fear win. And trust me, the more you do it, the stronger you become.

🔥 What’s something YOU’VE done to build your confidence? Drop it in the comments!
