Yesterday was really beautiful at the 85th Grand Conclave for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., I got to see Leon Smith @lsmithii receive his 35th Service Award, some of our Sands from Psi Chapter were there to receive their 35th Service Awards, some of our Big Brothers from Beta Psi received their 40th and 45th Service Awards and so many other that I was able to catch! I had the awesome honor of sitting next to my 26th Past National President of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Soror Beverly Smith @dstbev26 and see her husband receive his 35th Service award as well. During the public forum Brother Bishop William Murphy sang one of my favorite songs “It’s Working” and Brother Attorney Ben Crump spoke about the importance of voting and we saw the amazing strength of Nolan Well’s parents. Truly emotional seeing them. Please continue to pray for them🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. The Quettes had some events that were wonderful and First Lady Vicky Lewis had a wonderful Quette Reception. We received even more Quette Gifts there! 🔥 I said that I was going to go to the Marchdown but ended up going and had a great time. The Brothers from Gamma Epsilon at Hampton University won! There show was great! I’m not a night owl at all but I was up way later for me 😩. I have seen people that I haven’t seen in years especially from the AUC. If you have pictures please tag Leon and me. I got to meet a Brother Danja Mowf @danjamowf He’s one of the DJ’s that is in the vendor hall. I have been in an entrepreneurial group with him for almost a year and we meet virtually so it was nice to meet him in person. It was a Great day! 💜💛
