So in the last 6months or so I’ve been posting mashup videos of me working out. Many of you that have watched have talked to me about them saying how much of an inspiration they are (🙏🏾💪🏾)…and then many have asked who is my trainer. His name is Alex Bonds. He’s been in the Lowcountry for a minute and is fantastic with his clients. So much so that I have asked him to present a fitness event as a part of our @mojaartsfest 2026!
So…for all of you that want to workout, meet and/or chat about fitness with Alex…here’s your opportunity!
MOJA FITNESS will be on Saturday September 26 - 9am at Hampton Park! Family Event…Bring your friends, too!
