There is no greater illusion than thinking the accomplishment of some goal will change your life.
What will change your life is who you become in the process of going for it.
Dig where your feet are.
Excellence is about process and outcomes.
Strive to attain your goals.
But it’s also true that so much of the satisfaction and fulfillment and character is forged not at the peak of the mountain but on its sides. The only place you are going to find the love you are looking for is losing yourself in meaningtul pursuits, expressing your innate guts and creativity, and walking, the path with good people.

February 2026 so far has been full of celebrations, friends, memories and mission!

2025 🙌
It’s wild to think this all started back in 2007
just a thought on paper, a dream, and eventually a 150 sq ft coffee stand. Fast forward to September , standing in Times Square, ringing the closing bell our first-ever public trade… on Nasdaq. A moment years in the making, and one I’ll never forget.
Showing up as myself (a kid who grew up in rural Oregon, no college degree, but a lot of heart) has brought me into rooms I could have never imagined. It brought me into conversations, skyscrapers, meeting rooms and relationships with people who think and dream like I do. I’ve prayed for things, dreamt about others, and stayed open to wherever the wave we were riding took us.
Maybe it’s the bricks we’ve been laying showing up with good intent, because all of this God has given me so much to be grateful for. Honestly... my younger self would be going crazy seeing all of this unfold.
I’m thankful for my people who I’m surrounded by, because we really do spend all of our lives on a journey. The path should fill your cup with people who drive you to grow and be a better human.
Gathering with our teams, seeing faces across our markets, celebrating BR, and watching our worlds connect so many, reminds me why I do what I do. I talk plenty about my work and I know the impact it carries, because on the daily I get to see our people making the world brighter.
I’m grateful for every person who was, who
is, who will be on this journey breathing life into others and for a team that always shows up with heart. ❤️
Moments like this keep me grounded. They remind me that you can live a “beautiful “ life-moving with intention, gratitude, and connection. And if my journey can be a reminder or an example for anyone-especially the people closest to me —that it’s possible to live a life you love, and having plenty of fun then I’m doing something right. We keep going. 2026 has incredible things on the horizon with even better people to be surrounded by. I’ll be processing 2025 for a very long time, and soaking in all the moments along this beautiful life! ⚡️🙏

GRATEFUL
Be where your feet are. I’ve had the opportunities to see a lot of places, experience amazing things but along the journey it’s the relationships that count. If you make a positive impact on one person’s life, than you’ve made a difference in the world. With a smile, with a word, and always with kindness you can change someone’s world which has lasting ripple effects. What a year this has been. Extremely thankful for my Community. For being there through all the chapters of my life, believing and refining every detail precisely and carefully, and turning the pages together. Rollercoasters are a lot more fun (and a lot less scary!) when you’re riding with friends. Love The Life You Live!
