A great experience today at brands, hatch circuit today, with my dad and my friend natasha.

Very well served and looked after and a day planned to a T!.

A fantastic opportunity to build relationships and do some networking and a lot of education.

I loved hearing how @jason_plato is bridging the gap between engineer and driver!

There is alot of bridging to do in the automotive world , on so many levels. 😂

Amazing company, people and product

Absolutely loved watching the cars in the qualifying race.

All the best of luck to the drivers for the big day tomorrow!

Tree can feel wobbly. We borrowed balance first—hand to hand, eyes on one spot, steady breath—then let go. Wobbles welcome. 🌿
Tip: foot to ankle/calf (not knee). Save to try with a friend.

A powerful way to deepen the stretch is with hands-on adjustments. Here we’re working through supine twist (then knees-to-chest) with breath-led assists—inhale to create space, exhale to soften. Consent first, light pressure only, no forcing—ever.

Try it: hug knees for 3 slow breaths → drop knees to one side → keep the opposite shoulder heavy → breathe 5–8 rounds each side. Cushion between/under knees for support. (Skip deep twists if pregnant or with acute back pain.)

The Girls Of Goodwood 🏎️

Fuelled by friendship, powered by passion, unstoppable together ✨ Today at Goodwood Revival reminded me of the strength in sisterhood — women who uplift, inspire, and shine just as brightly as the machines we admire.

Despite our last pod snippet (and indeed that part of the chat) being surprisingly gender positive 🙌🏻, the world of social media remains boringly cliche, boringly misogynistic, and boringly predictable 👎🏻

Chops quizzing Natasha on what the 'Spanners with Manners' clientele looks like, and therefore, who she deals with when she's working at the garage.

.. And it's brilliantly mixed 🙌🏻

📣 Natasha's story is LIVE! 📣

We're going from make-up 💋 last week, to car mechanics 🔧 this week! And Natasha - and her story - is as unsuspecting as it is cool. From starting out with a business degree and professional grad schemes, to then thinking: 'Nope, I'm not a desk person, I want to do something different'.

... And 'different' she went... With support from her dad in particular, she started a car parts business, which then led on to doing her mechanics training, and working at an all-female garage in London.

... And she did all of that after falling pregnant unexpectedly and thereafter raising a small child.

Yep, Natasha's 💯 bad-ass 💪
