CLIENT TESTIMONY ✨✨💪❤️🥹. I’ve been working with Antoinette for about 7 months now, and this has by far been the best investment I’ve ever made in myself. She’s such an amazing coach with so much knowledge, but what makes her special is how genuinely she cares about her athletes, not just physically but mentally as well.

Throughout this prep journey, I’ve grown so much in confidence, especially as someone who has always been shy and struggled with insecurities. Balancing full-time work, school, and prep hasn’t been easy, but having Antoinette in my corner has made such a difference. She’s pushed me in ways I didn’t know I was capable of, and I can honestly say I’m a better version of myself because of this experience.

Beyond being my coach, Antoinette is someone I know I’ll keep in my life for a very long time. I’m so grateful for her and all the amazing girls I’ve met through this team. Love you, Antoinette! I’m so happy and proud to call you my friend and represent you as one of your athletes. 🫶🏼

It’s our anniversary @ifbbpro_antoinette ! We started our journey in 2022. I walked in originally just to get off my ass and start moving. I didn’t know you and me were going to go on an adventure that taught me so much about myself. I laughed when I said YOU CAN BE ON STAGE ONE DAY…I didn’t see it. But you always did 🥹 Cut to 4 years later, my first bodybuilding show. When they placed that 1ST PLACE medal around my neck for True Novice, it wasn’t just mine it was ours. You will forever be apart of my life. There’s no amount of thanks to say! I’m forever grateful for this journey with you…now on to the next show 😏

AGE DOESN'T DEFINE YOUR POTENTIAL. YOUR WORK ETHIC DOES. 💯🔥

Whether I'm on the baseball field, in the weight room, or working on becoming a better version of myself, the goal stays the same: BE BETTER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY.

I'm not here to compete with anyone else's journey. I'm here to build my own, stay disciplined, and prove that hard work and consistency can take you further than you ever imagined.

To every young athlete chasing a dream: Don't wait until you're older to start building your future. Start NOW!!

The work you put in today becomes the confidence you carry tomorrow.

STAY HUMBLE. STAY HUNGRY. STAY DISCIPLINED. 🔥

Surprise, I did another one :) I think I found a new addiction.

In all seriousness, I feel extremely blessed to have experienced this sport for a second time. I’ve grown such a love and respect for bodybuilding. it’s about so much more than looking shredded and stepping on stage. It’s the discipline, the grit, the sacrifices, and the commitment it takes to show up for yourself every single day, especially when things get hard. It’s choosing to push past your comfort zone, staying resilient through the highs and lows, and learning just how much you’re capable of.

I’ve met an amazing community, beautiful women who have become like sisters to me, and I’m so proud to be part of such an incredible team. 🫶🏼

I truly feel blessed to have so many amazing people in my corner. ❤️
