We love having clients who feel like family. 💚 Rhonda and Martha are definitely two of them! These two train together in our gym with Kristi (in the middle), and Rhonda also comes to see Megan here for physical therapy.

Every spring, these three help put together the kids’ raffle bags for our MS 5K fundraiser. They’re just… the best!

Is dry needling right for you?

Dry needling can be helpful for those stubborn areas that just don’t seem to loosen up — tight muscles, recurring knots, neck and shoulder tension, low back or hip pain, headaches, and sports-related soreness.

It’s not the answer for everything, but for the right person it can be a really useful tool to decrease pain and muscle tension and help you move better — especially when we combine it with strengthening, mobility, and figuring out why the area keeps getting irritated in the first place.

Curious if it might help? Ask us at your next visit.🪡

We’re excited for this next chapter as we bring our team together under one roof. Beginning July 1, all services will be provided at our Tacoma clinic, where we’ll continue delivering the same exceptional care with even more resources to support your health and wellness journey.

Thank you, Gig Harbor, for allowing us to be part of your health journey over the last 5 years. We look forward to continuing to serve you at our Tacoma location and remaining a trusted resource for your physical therapy, fitness, and wellness needs. 💚

Ryanne, one of our personal trainers, also ran Rainier to Ruston this past weekend alongside friends who take her classes—a perfect reflection of who she is. 💚
She inspires people not just through coaching, but by living an active, healthy lifestyle. You’ll catch this crew running Point Defiance together on weekends or jumping into local races to stay motivated outside of class.
