Today was about more than sports.

Alongside A4One, I had the opportunity to share the importance of recovery and hydration, encourage habits that help athletes stay healthy and perform at their best, and provide recovery kits to support the next generation of athletes. Grateful to be part of a mission that’s making a lasting impact.

Feel Good GB’s

In baseball, your glove and footwork are tied together.
Good footwork puts your body in position.
A good glove finishes the play.
A player with great hands but bad feet will still miss plays.
A player with quick feet and a solid glove becomes reliable.

Footwork helps you:

Stay balanced
Read hops better
Move through the baseball
Create stronger throws
Become quicker defensively
Your glove is your trust.
Soft hands turn hard plays into easy outs.
A quiet glove keeps the ball secure and controlled.
The best fielders don’t just react — they move early, stay low, and work their feet before the ball arrives.

“Feet first, glove second.”
That’s how defense becomes smooth, confident, and game-ready.
