Truth is, I still struggle.

I share a lot about mindset and growth on my page because I genuinely believe the mind is extremely powerful. It’s something I’ve always struggled with, and although I’ve grown so much over the past few years, I still have hard days.

I think growth also means being honest with yourself and recognizing the areas that still need work. It’s okay to struggle and to not be perfect. Being a work in progress doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re willing to learn, grow, and keep trying.

I’ve always said I was born to be an athlete. It’s something I genuinely love, and I can’t imagine my life without it.

But one thing I’ve learned is that loving your sport doesn’t make you immune to the mental struggles that come with it. It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers, the goals, and the constant pursuit of being better.

We spend so much time training our bodies to become stronger, but we need to take care of our minds too. Being a good athlete should never come at the cost of forgetting your worth outside of your sport❤️‍🩹

The week 4 of all week 4s.

Got my revenge on the 117.5 and 227.5 triples I failed during NAPF prep and I’m feeling a lil too strong for this to be the off-season 🙂‍↕️

@yenlifts we might be cooking up something respectable for @catalanoevents without the prep 🤭

Sunny Daze 2026 recap🥉

Squat 105/231.49 (+7.5kg) meet PR
Bench 52.5/115.7 (+5kg) meet PR
Deadlift 135/297.62 (+5kg) meet PR

PRs were hit and all the hard work paid off🔥

A huge thank you to @natera.performance for the last 4 months of coaching, programming, support, and for believing in me every step of the way.

Thank you to my brother and one of the best and strongest powerlifters I know, @mozilla_105, for handling me on meet day and keeping me focused and confident on the platform.

Thank you to my family and friends for all the support and encouragement throughout this journey—it truly means the world to me. ❤️

Finally, thank you to @catalanoevents for putting on an incredible meet, and to the @anytimefindlaycreek team and members for the constant support, motivation, and encouragement.

Proud of what we accomplished and excited for what’s next 💪🏻

What a crazy experience. I hit 2 PRs! Failed my 3rd on bench but overall super happy with how well I did. I met some crazy strong like minded women.

I’m so eternally grateful for my family and friends who made the trip to watch one of my proudest moments. I love you all.
