November 16th, 2025 — a day filled with more meaning than anyone knew.

The night before, Cooper and I were baptized. I wore my dress from our first prom; he wore his prom suit on our wedding day. We even wore matching boots with each other’s initials burned into them.
My mom and dad walked me down the aisle as my “something blue,” carrying the blue handkerchiefs I gifted them the night before. My great-grandmother, Lois Offet, was our flower girl. I walked down the aisle to my father’s recording of “Keeper of the Stars.”
My bouquet held a watch from my grandmother, pinned with my great-grandmother Dorothy’s keepsake. My uncle Rodney married us, and instead of a kiss, our first act as husband and wife was communion. Our first dance was written and sung live by one of my maid of honors, Hannah.

Every detail was intentional, and the day couldn’t have been more perfect.
