Didn’t perform at the level I know I’m capable of, but a win is a win. Coming back from biceps tendon surgery last year made this @haymakers4hope win hit different. Grateful for everyone who supported me through recovery and showed love on fight night — it truly meant everything. Special shoutout to the team that sharpened my tools and pushed me every day this camp to get in fight shape and transform my body (even when I was dumb gassed🤣. @b1ggj_p @jabwithjesse @a_josh3 @whatwaltcando @boxxdavis @dc_los_23 @lauren10978 Maybe next fight I should try warming up lol). I do a lot of things people think are crazy, tough, or unnecessary. But I’m here to tell you: do everything that makes you uncomfortable. Lean the fuck into who you are, because that’s where you find the diamonds hiding inside you.

I am so thankful for my coaches and coworkers who have become friends, friends who have become family. Hearing all of them screaming my name made me stronger in that ring last night.

But most of all, I am thankful for myself. I put in the work, I trusted myself, and I reaped the rewards.

And that dance? That’s my happy dance. Win or lose, I was so damn happy to be in that ring, showing everyone and myself what all that hard work created.

🌸 Finally sitting still to take in what a beautiful few weeks it has been.
