Episode 1: Side Body Waves

Leading the movement from the hip vs the head

When leading from the hip, the leader will initiate the follower to go down, then side. The follower will then continue and finish the movement unless they feel a block.

When leading from the head, the leader will initiate the movement from the head and the follower will finish it with the hip.

STK Steakhouse in Las Vegas never misses.

From the moment you walk in, the energy is just right. Elevated, vibrant, and the perfect blend of upscale dining and nightlife atmosphere. It’s not just dinner, it’s an experience.

The food is incredible. Every dish is packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently on point. From the steaks to the sides, everything hits.

The service is just as impressive. Attentive, professional, and seamless without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell they truly care about the experience from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a spot that brings together amazing food, great music, and a high-end vibe, STK is always a solid choice.

Definitely one of my go-to places in Vegas.
