@rolling.mag

Stoked to see some images from @frthr.co Lostways make it to print, and especially in the 1st issue of Rolling Mag. @andydonohoephoto is cooking some special up, a big thanks for featuring my work.

The piece is about the inaugural event, that took place over this years spring equinox, across the ancient trails and paths of Devon and Cornwall.

Along with some words and images, Camille and @a_mccormack have kindly added their thoughts behind the making of Lostways and what it means to them.

Hit up @rollingmag if you’d to like read further, or enter next years race to discover the ‘Lostways’ of the South West.

As @frthr.co LOSTWAYS 2027 is announced, here’s a look back to the first edition in spring of this year. Riders had hot days and freezing cold nights to contend with as they circumnavigated Devon and Cornwall on a route devised by @a_mccormack

6th overall. TPRNo6 complete.

Alex McCormac is back in Girona after 4 days, 20 hours and 31 minutes on the road, covering almost 1,900km through the Pyrenees.

Speaking to Alex after the finish:

“The first goal is to finish.
The second is to finish first.
1 out of 2 done. The miles made up the rest.”

Bravo, Alex.

@a_mccormack is back racing, and this time he’s loaded up his Aeroad CFR for the @transpyrenees, a 1,900 km ultra through the spectacular, remote mountains between France and Spain 🌎

The race started in Girona at 07:00 this morning, with Alex saying:

“I’ve never managed to put it all together at a road ultra before, so I’m looking forward to giving it a go again this week.”

Good luck, @a_mccormack ⚡️

A 10-hour day in the saddle and one well-earned reward 🍟

ATR rider @a_mccormack took on his own #SpeedQuest last week – an F.K.T. attempt on the WestCountry Way in the UK, riding the new #CanyonGrail the whole way.

F.K.T. Fastest Known Time. Or in Alex’s case… Fastest Known Tea-Run. All finished off with fish and chips by the sea.

What’s the furthest (and fastest) you’ve ridden for dinner? 🤔

@canyon_atr rider @a_mccormack set a new F.K.T. (Fastest Known Tea-Run) on the Westcountry Way near where he lives in the UK, finishing in time for fish and chips by the seaside.

Stealthy moves in silence. You thought we fell off?

We’ve been around, sleeping after dark and leaving before light, you just didn’t know we were there. Summer shifts become Autumn missions, feeling so safe.
