2024 has been a year I’ll never forget—a year that completely changed everything I thought I knew about life. ❤️ In July, I became a mother, and nothing could have prepared me for how much my world would shift. Holding Faith for the first time was the most incredible moment of my life, and having my mum here all the way from Brazil made it even more special. I’ll treasure that memory forever. Becoming a mum has been the greatest transformation I’ve ever experienced. I’ve shifted my focus from my fitness business and bodybuilding stage to nappies, bottles, and launching a baby brand. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve fully embraced this new chapter with love, strength, and a whole new kind of discipline. That doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten the incredible journeys of my personal training clients. Watching them transform their bodies and shine with confidence during their photo shoots has made me so proud. Seeing their hard work and commitment pay off has been inspiring, and I’m so grateful to have been part of their fitness journeys. This year has taught me so much about identity, mindset, and the beauty of putting someone else before yourself. I’ve learned to show myself more self-compassion in this season of life, to find strength in sleepless nights, and to love in ways I didn’t know were possible. Motherhood has truly redefined me, and I’m so proud of the mum I’m becoming. 2024 was also the year I applied for my Uk citizenship, dream that started years ago when I first watched Notting Hill. To think I’ll soon become a UK citizen is surreal and exciting. It’s been such a meaningful journey, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way. Life looks so different now, and while I’ve swapped the stage and training sessions for nappy changes and pram walks, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This new chapter is full of love, strength, and growth, and I’m excited for everything 2025 will bring. Here’s to embracing every messy, magical moment and becoming the best version of ourselves for the little ones who make it all worth it. 🤍🤍

It’s been a week since my life changed forever. It’s been a week since one of my biggest dreams became a reality. It’s been a week since my life started to make more sense than ever. My little Faith arrived in this world, and she has shown me that love is a much deeper feeling than I have ever experienced. I’m feeling exhausted from the lack of sleep as I try to establish a new routine while taking care of the baby, dogs, business, and household chores. The pain from my surgery wounds is so intense that at times I find myself screaming in agony. My birth plan didn't work the way I wanted but I have never been so happy, the most important thing is that she is in my arms now. Thank you for all your support, messages, gifts. I appreciate you all so much! ❤️

WELCOME TO THE FIZZ CHALLENGE . When I and Monica first discussed creating this challenge we spoke about giving people optimum results within a short period of time. We wanted to help people either get back on track with their fitness journey or have a place to come to where they can get some workout inspiration. That’s exactly why we created this group. Over the next 20 days, you are about to experience 20 workouts. Those 20 workouts, just take 20 minutes, and if you stick to every single one of them I guarantee you’ll see amazing results. The 2020 fizz challenge has come from both mine and Monica’s experience with drinking fizz either every morning or for our pre-workout. It’s great for both. This is such an amazing product that allows you to have an alternative to coffee. There are so many different flavours and different ways in which you consume this product, and that’s why it’s so exciting. I want you all to know that over the next 20 days both me and Monica are here to support you every step of the way. We have put in plenty of work behind the scenes to make sure you experience the best possible community and workouts. Let’s all come together, help each other and have fun.
