Every athlete's journey is unique—but the leadership, resilience, and determination they develop along the way have the power to create impact far beyond the game.

We're proud to spotlight Abby Ramirez, a participant in the inaugural Athlete Business Academy cohort, as she shares her experience and perspective on preparing for what's next.

The Athlete Business Academy, an initiative of Women's Business Collaborative, equips professional and elite women athletes with the mentorship, business education, and executive network needed to confidently transition into leadership roles across business, entrepreneurship, and beyond.

Thank you, Abby, for sharing your experience and helping inspire the next generation of women leaders. 💙
