Crew is our Saturday team class, built around 3–4 person teams tackling a competitive workout together.

Crew’s main purpose is community: a chance to connect, work alongside teammates, and enjoy the space together.

The name of the gym, Assembly, comes from the word Assemble. Assemble has two definitions.

1. A group of people gathered for a common purpose.

2. The act of building something piece by piece.

Crew represents everything our gym stands for, bringing people together and building a fitness community through connection, hard work and commitment.

Sometimes you just need to drop the weight of the world at the shore, let your hair down, and be surrounded by the people who know your heart best. 🥂✨

To my girls💕 this is OUR sanctuary 🤌🏾. No expectations, no grind—just us GUURRRLLLSSS ( in my RuPaul voice lol) being exactly who WE ARE. So grateful for this space to breathe and just be. 💖
