Flash Agency is pleased to welcome Romanian 🇷🇴 Forward ⛹️‍♀️ Antoaneta Alexe (182cm / 6’0“) to the agency. Alexe is a versatile stretch forward and natural scorer who excels in mid-range and perimeter shooting. Highly effective off the dribble, she creates her own shot, attacks in transition, and finishes through contact with athleticism and aggression. A high-energy contributor on both ends, she rebounds actively, defends multiple positions, and brings leadership, coachability, and adaptability to any system. Her career includes NCAA stints at Winthrop University and Long Island University, followed by professional experience with CS Rapid Bucuresti and CS Agronomia Bucuresti in Romania’s Liga Nationala. Notable achievements include Romanian University National Team selection, World University Games in Chengdu (5.4ppg), and Romanian League Semifinals. We look forward to supporting Antoaneta’s continued success.

At the start of the season, if you had asked me about joining a women’s team, I would’ve said you were crazy. But life never ceases to surprise us in the most unexpected ways.🙏🏻
Adapting is part of what I love about this job—and what felt new just four months ago has now turned into an unforgettable rollercoaster of emotions, ending with a proud 4th place finish. 🚀💪🏻
This season was all about dedication, adaptation, and passion.
Thank you, ladies, for constantly pushing me to challenge myself!🇱🇻
Last but not least, I want to thank my amazing girlfriend—thank you for being there through it all. ❤️
