:: t r u t h ! 🌷Shoutout to all the mamas in my life (waaaaay too many to tag here) who have my back. Seriously, like DAMN, what would I do without you? The level of mutual understanding + connection we share that speaks volumes without words • the way we care for each other's children as if they were our own, because we know each one is a divine being worthy of presence • the love that goes so deep bc we know what love is now so we aren't afraid to share it anymore • the ones we can #bare our soul to because we've both been through the shamanic transformational journey of #bearing a soul • the way we compassionately pick each other up when we fall down - free of judgement and without those old patterns of needless drama - because who's got time for that shit when you're working the most important job in the world: on a mission to guide, with love + presence, the next generation of exquisite star seed light beings who are the future of our collective humanity?? Mamas, my tribe:
I love you SO. Damn. Much. 🌻 AND shoutout to the rest of the support squad, those who care about mamas+papas+babes+families in all the ways... doulas, midwives, awesome OBs, therapists, lactation consultants, yoga + meditation teachers, commUNITY + all the rest of the tribe! 🌺 For any of you out there longing to delve deeper into the intersection of motherhood, pregnancy, spirituality + yoga, then you are invited to the Mount Madonna Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training • March 21-25 (Level 1) + March 21-24 (Level 2). Enroll in both programs for Yoga Alliance registration, or solely Level 1. (Link ☝🏾) :: On a mystical mountaintop ashram overlooking the ocean, we explore topics of Meditation + Yoga for childbearing Year, Ayurveda, Psychology of birth, Infant Development, Prenatal Anatomy, Birth Culture, and much more. ::
In a circle of women (open to yoga teachers, #doulas, midwives, coaches, anyone on a mission to support mamas/babes), via ritual + lecture + intimate sharing, we get real curious about what it means to show up for mamas, as they care for growing babes in wombs and in arms. What do they really need?
We know they need a #tribe.
💗
May we be that tribe. 💯
