Meet our 2026 LAIF Juror Bamidele Ariyo Creative Director, Adeptus Bamidele Ariyo is a Creative Director and multidisciplinary visual creative working across advertising and brand communications. Over the years, he has led creative work for brands including Leadway Assurance, SKG Pharma, BetKing, GOtv, Ivory Beauty Soap, Tetmosol, Chicken Republic, Mr Chef, Indomie, Mainstreet MFB, Comalart Plus and Gennex Technologies. Grounded in art direction, visual storytelling and creative leadership, Bamidele is passionate about ideas that are distinctive, relevant and well executed. His approach combines creative thinking with a strong focus on bringing ideas to life effectively. Beyond his professional work, he has dedicated time to teaching and mentoring young creatives, deepening his perspective on the craft and the development of creative talent. Meet our 2026 LAIF Juror Gbemi Adekanmbi Founder, For Creative Girls Gbemi Adekanmbi is the founder of For Creative Girls, a global platform supporting women in creative fields across more than 15 countries. Through the platform, she has built mentorship programmes, creative initiatives and industry partnerships that create greater access, visibility and opportunities for women across the creative ecosystem. She is also a communications strategist and brand storyteller with over a decade of experience across technology, marketing and the creative industries. Her work spans brand strategy, corporate communications, employer branding, executive positioning and storytelling, including collaborations with African and European technology companies. Gbemi’s work sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, culture and communications, with a particular interest in how strong ideas shape brands, move audiences and create meaningful opportunities for creative talent. Bolaji Junaid is a marketing and brand strategy leader with over 17 years of experience shaping campaigns and driving business growth. His career spans entrepreneurship and agency leadership, including founding Just Passion Concepts, which he grew from zero capital into a multimillion-naira enterprise, and leading campaigns at Insight Publicis and Ogilvy. He has worked with major brands including SONY, Peak Milk, Pepsi, 7Up, Amstel Malta, Golden Penny and 5Alive. As CEO of WhyFinite Martech Ltd., he is on a mission to build Africa’s most preferred marketing technology hub by 2030. He is a Fellow of NIMN, an Associate Member of ARCON and an Executive Council member at APBN. Beyond business, Bolaji is a mentor, speaker and advocate for the next generation of marketing, entertainment and technology talent through BJUMP Africa, the nonprofit he founded in 2021.
