It’s officially that time, my Indoor volleyball carrer has come to an end. Never would I have thought I would have the ability to graduate college in three years, but here I am. Closing a chapter that has literally been my whole life for the past 6 years. Being blessed with this opportunity to continue to play has been nothing but a true one of a kind experience, good and tough.

You only understand what I mean if you’ve experienced it. Was this the toughest 3 years of my life, mentally and physically? Definitely.
Has this taught me how to be resilient? Yes.
To work through pain and tears? Yes.
Through injuries? Yes.
Through 6am weights when you dont want to get out of bed? Yes.
But I would not trade it for the world. The people, relationships, and memories I have made over these years, makes it all worth it.
Thank you to all that has supported and guided me to where I am today. Wouldn’t be here without you, truly.

And lastly shoutout to that little feisty soccer and basketball player who would have never picked up a volleyball-here we are. Completed your career as a Division 1 athlete. You did it, you made it to the dream. You never gave up it, even though you wanted to. A lot. You pushed through and it has made you a different person in the right way. In the way to never take things for granted, never compare yourselves to others, to be yourself, and lastly to always be confident.
