Today, on my birthday, I met someone whose films have inspired me.

I told him about my film, Hamsi.

And he said —

“ All the best, filmmaker Sarath. “

I’ll remember this one.

Thank you, @ksubbaraj sir for your valuable words.
There is so much inspiration in those words for the journey ahead and the dream I’m working towards. ❤️🎬

From writing and directing to even planning a few cameos for himself, Sanoop Thykoodam never thought his journey would bring him here — his first real experience as an actor.

Acting was never on his bucket list. But somewhere along the way, an unexpected opportunity slowly turned into a dream come true.

Every nervous moment, every take, and every challenge became a lesson. He gave it his all for this character, while also learning one of the hardest things — to trust himself and the process.

As a first-time actor, Sanoopeetan knows it’s not going to be perfect. There might be flaws, but behind every frame is real effort, a lot of emotions, and a genuine excitement to learn, grow, and discover a new side of himself.

A big heartfelt thank you to the amazing director Nikhil Mohan, producers Arun Gopy & Justin Mathew, the wonderful cast who felt like family, and the entire crew who made this journey so special.

This isn’t just another project.
It’s the start of a whole new chapter. ❤️
