Swipe through a little taste of the magic that happens at BAMD every single week 💜 This is what your dancer’s fall could look like; new friendships, new skills, and a whole lot of joy, one class at a time. Every session brings together mindfulness, movement, connection, and confidence, all wrapped up in an environment built specifically for individuals with disabilities to feel safe, seen, and free to move. This fall, we’re growing; new classes, new studio locations across the city, and some incredible new teachers joining the BAMD family. Whether your dancer is coming back to their favourite class or trying something brand new, there’s a spot for them. And for those who want it, our December showcase is the cherry on top; a chance to take the stage, celebrate everything they’ve learned, and share it with the people who love them most. Always an invitation, never a requirement. Registration for our 11-week Fall Program is officially open, and spots in our new locations are filling fast. 👉 Register now; link in bio! #bamdtoronto #inclusivedance #danceanddisability #disabilities #dancetoronto

Community is at the heart of everything we do. 💙 Every smile, high five, new friendship and group photo tells a story of belonging. Our classes are about so much more than dance; they’re a place where people with disabilities can build confidence, express themselves, make genuine connections and simply have fun in a supportive, inclusive environment. This summer, we’d love to welcome even more people into our BAMD family! ☀️ ✨ Bring a friend for FREE to any of our July or August classes and share the joy of dancing together. Whether they’re trying dance for the first time or looking for a community where they can truly be themselves, we’d love to meet them. Because the best memories are made together and everyone deserves a place where they feel seen, celebrated and included. Tag someone you’d love to bring along, or send them this post! 💛 📍Classes running throughout July & August 🔗 Visit the link in our bio to register or learn more. #InclusiveDance #DisabilityInclusion #CommunityMatters #DanceForEveryone #InclusiveCommunity

One week ago, our stage was full of confidence, joy, and pure authenticity . 🎉✨ This recap is everything we love about BAMD in 90 seconds — the nerves before the curtain, the big smiles mid-performance, the proud families cheering from their seats. Every single dancer showed up as exactly who they are, and that’s the whole point. This is what limitless, inclusive, and full of love actually looks like in motion. 💛 To every dancer, family, volunteer, and teacher who made this showcase happen — thank you. We’re still riding the high. Missed it live? This is the next best thing. 🎥👇 #BustAMoveDance #InclusiveDance #bamdance #LimitlessInclusiveLove DanceForAll

Happy International Day of Dance! 💃🪩 Dance is a universal language — a form of art, communication, and expression that needs no translation. And for our community, it’s so much more than that. For our dancers, movement is a voice. It’s connection. It’s joy that lives in the body before it ever reaches words. We’ve watched dance bring families together, build friendships, create spaces where people truly belong — and transform lives in ways we never could have predicted when we started this journey. This is our love letter to dance 💌 — and to every single person who has ever stepped onto a dance floor with us and trusted us with that moment. We don’t just celebrate dance today. We celebrate it every single day. Share this with your community and help spread the love 🧡 #bamdtoronto #internationaldayofdance #inclusivedance #danceteacher #disabilitydance
