Exactamente hoy hace 1 año XFORM abrió sus puertas🤍 Quiero agradecer de corazón a cada una de nuestras instructoras que confiaron en este proyecto desde el día uno y que siguen aquí, creciendo con nosotros, y también a las que se han ido sumando en el camino y hoy forman parte de esta familia. Cada una ha dejado algo especial en XFORM y estoy profundamente agradecida por eso. Pero, sobre todo, gracias a nuestras alumnas. Gracias por confiar en nosotras, por permitirnos acompañarlas y guiarlas en su crecimiento, por regresar clase tras clase y por convertir algo que comenzó como un proyecto en una comunidad tan bonita. XFORM no sería XFORM sin cada persona que ha pasado por estas puertas, que ha tomado una clase, que ha enseñado una clase, que nos ha recomendado, apoyado y creído en nosotros. Gracias @alexverdugojr por confiar en mí para guiar a este bebé. Por darme la oportunidad de crecer junto con él y por confiar en mí desde el principio. Este es solamente nuestro primer año. Este NO es un HYROX completo ☝🏼 es un entrenamiento que estamos haciendo para mejorar nuestra condición y prepararnos para nuestro HYROX en diciembre. 🔥 Este es solo un ejemplo de cómo estamos entrenando: hicimos toda la vuelta 2 veces y terminamos la primera en 23 minutos. ⏱️ El objetivo es completar todos los ejercicios en el menor tiempo posible, manteniendo una buena técnica. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 Poco a poco buscando mejorar los tiempos y llegar más preparada a diciembre. 💪🏼💕 1. 🏃‍♀️ Treadmill Run: correr 0.30 millas (~480 m) 2. 🛷 Sled Push en caminadora HYROX: 0.05 km (~50 m) 3. 🎿 SkiErg: 500 m total 4. 🛷 Sled Pull: 25 m ida y vuelta → 50 m total 5. 🚣‍♀️ Rower: 500 m total 6. 🐸 Burpee Broad Jumps: 30 m × 2 → ida y vuelta, 60 m total 7. 🦵 Sandbag Lunges: 30 m ida y vuelta → 60 m total 8. 🏋️‍♀️ Farmer’s Carry: 100 m (17 kg en cada mano) 9. 🏃‍♀️ Treadmill Run: otras 0.30 millas (~480 m) 10. 🔴 Wall Balls: 50 repeticiones Todo esto X2 #hyrox #entrenamiento #fit #training
