On Thursday Oct. 23 it's my pleasure to bring to you LATIN SPICE a place where we can come together in a inclusive and friendly environment. A place to come dance and enjoy others and help the dance community grow and expand. LATIN SPICE is a branch to connect us.

What works for YOUR mental health may not work for others. Who cares?

Salsa dancing is MY meditation. It quiets my mind, regulates my nervous system, and reconnects me to joy. It feels good. It works. That's all that matters.

We can't focus on what 'should' work for us. We have to find and do what ACTUALLY works for us. And make space for it - without explanation.

Prioritize what works for you - even if no one else understands it. And enjoy.

Happy birthday @aajiro - it was wonderful celebrating with you! 💃🏻

Thanks @juancarlos.djcuba for the awesome music. 🎶

And @racheldeee23 , as always, for your infectious kindness, encouragement, and AHmazing narration. 🤗
