The 6th Annual Tyler Almeida Memorial golf outing was a major success and it is thanks to each and every one of you.
Thank you all so much for continuing to show up, not only to support Tyler, but to support my family. Seeing everyone show up on this day brings so much joy and sadness to my heart. BUT I am so thankful for all you the golfers, volunteers, donators and anyone who lent a helping hand.

✋FIVE years of TCS 🎉

The first time I walked into the studio it was concrete. What was once a dream (s/o @ashleymarandhealth ) has become a home away from home for thousands. A space of clarity, empowerment, and connection. I remember Ashley talking of her plans for the studio to feel like a “third space” for our community before the walls were even fully up, and what a gift it’s been to see that play out in real time over the course of the last 5 years.

Ive seen over 1000 yoga students find their mats here with a sense of refuge after a long day or week, and at the same time TCS has also been that for me. I’ll always be humbled by the honor of leading classes in a studio like this, and now to get to lead our 🧘‍♀️team as well.

Year 5 was my favorite to date and it truly feels like we’re just getting started. 🚀❤️‍🔥 deeply grateful to get to do this work with so many talented and real colleagues that have become friends. To all that have come through our doors, rolled out their mats or hopped on their bikes with us—thank you for being a part of this collective experience, I’ll always be holding space for you and you are the whole point. 🫶 cheers to the last 5 and the next 5 to come 🎉🚀❤️‍🔥

PROMOTIONS, EXPANDED ROLES + NEW TEAM MEMBERS 💫

We’re so excited to celebrate the continued growth of our team with new promotions, expanded roles, and new team members across TCS.

⭐️ MICHELLE  Michelle has been promoted to Lead MEGA Instructor for our Bedford team! Her leadership, communication, passion for Lagree, and strong instructing ability make her such a valuable part of TCS, and we’re so lucky to see her continue growing in this new role.

⭐️ TAYLOR Taylor has been promoted to Lead Studio Coordinator in Londonderry! She has consistently shown her commitment to TCS through the way she supports our team and clients, along with the determination and positive energy she brings every time she’s in the studio.

⭐️ JESSICA Jess is joining the TCS team as our Content Production Coordinator! With years of hands-on content creation experience across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, plus a strong eye for organic, community-driven moments, she’ll help us continue telling the TCS story with intention.

⭐️ LINDSAY  Lindsay is joining the LIFT team, in addition to continuing to teach PILATES and TONE! It’s no secret that she has a special way of connecting with our community, and we’re so excited to see her bring her signature rizz, thoughtful coaching, and strong movement knowledge to STRENGTH.

⭐️ CHRISTI Christi is joining the BURN team, in addition to continuing to teach CYCLE! She’s bringing her fire playlists, energy, and ability to think on her feet into the mat room, and we’ve been so impressed watching her move with confidence in a new format.

⭐️ AALIYAH Aaliyah is joining the YOGA team, in addition to continuing to teach SCULPT! As a 200HR RYT with years of yoga teaching experience, this format feels incredibly intuitive to her, and we can’t wait to see her continue to grow and thrive in both formats.

⭐️ LILLY Lilly is joining the STRENGTH team as a new BURN instructor! She has shown incredible dedication to learning, growing, and putting new skills into practice, and that drive to improve is already so evident in the energy she brings to class.
